Eligibility Criteria (Departmental Only)
This examination is strictly internal. Applications from candidates not currently serving in EPFO will not be entertained.
- For Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
- Who can apply: Group ‘C’ employees whose current pay scale is identical to or lower than LDC, and Group ‘D’ employees.
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent.
- Service Condition: Must have completed a minimum of 5 years of regular service in Group ‘D’ / Group ‘C’ isolated cadre.
- For Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA):
- Who can apply: Group ‘C’ staff currently working at the Head Office.
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent.
- Service Condition: Must have completed a minimum of 3 years of regular service in Level-1 Pay Matrix (₹18,000–56,900).

The selection will be based on a single-stage Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted by IBPS.
